Barry Dunning, a Top 20 overall prospect on 247Sports, picked up an LSU offer on Monday, he reported on Twitter. The 6-5, 175-pound forward ranks as one of the best players in the country because of his elite athleticism, which 247Sports saw at the Nike Top 100 Camp last summer.
"Dunning has emerged as one of the better prospects in the Southeast, and at Elite 100 he was tremendous," 247Sports wrote last summer at the camp. "The biggest thing that stands out with Dunning is high-level athleticism and ability to get to the rim. That said, he also has a pretty good looking shot, and is a physical wing at 6-foot-4 and 175 pounds.
