Tell us about your Coaching Philosophy ?
"We like build on defense first with our 1-3-1 defensive pressure .
Offensively we like to push the tempo in transition with our North Carolina Fast-break primary and secondary offense.
In the half court we play off the dribble drive, and a dimension of the flex to give our post players an opportunity score. "
How do you incorporate Skill Development into your basketball program?
" I think Skills & Drill is important and necessary to a player's development. Gino Skills Training has made it easier on my staff to focus more on implementing team oriented practice, plays, and scouting without having to spend a lot of time on individual skills. Their program comes in and helps us improve each individual players ."
Tell us about your Coaching Journey ?
"I have 15yrs of coaching experience at Robertsdale High School. We've had multiple winning winning seasons , an Elite 8 appearance in 2010, and County Champ champs 2012."
